KUiTTHO 's academic staff recruitment should be 40% more than required
to accommodate for R & D, consultancy & continuing education.
10% of academic staff required to do R & D on full-time basis
One academic staff per department with P.ENG to be appointed as
consultancy manager (50% of his time required)
One full time external professional staff for each disclipline should
be appointed to work with consultancy
