Potential for Commercial exploitationThe development of a non-destructive test system to determine the water permeability of concrete cover is towards achieving quality assured maintenance and to address concrete durability problems [24-25]. The test system offers a holistic approach to achieve controlled water permeability concrete for durable concrete construction.
Concerted effort from concrete researchers and practitioners is necessary to bring about quality enhancement of concrete. The research into controlled water permeability concrete should be extended to high performance concrete subjected to constant water pressure.
